In January 1990
Foxwell is recognized as a publicly-held corporation and acquired an additional processing plant in Dongguan (Mainland China ) to match development of business. Labor-intensive departments are transferred there to lower production cost and increase market competitiveness.

In January 2002
San-Li Electronic Factory founded in Shipai Town, Dongguan City to enlarge production capability and expand its business into the international market.
